These Terms govern your use of iulbarons.com (the "Site"), operated by LaMunyon, LLC, doing business as IUL Barons. By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Michael LaMunyon, a licensed life insurance agent (NPN 22188191), through LaMunyon, LLC. We are an independent insurance agency. We are not an insurance carrier, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.
2. What the Site does
The Site provides general information about life insurance products (mortgage protection, final expense, term life, indexed universal life, and annuities) and lets you request a quote or to be contacted by a licensed agent. Submitting a request does not create a policy, bind coverage, or guarantee approval or any particular product, rate, or amount. All coverage is subject to carrier underwriting and approval; rates vary by age, health, and other factors and are not guaranteed. Products and availability vary by state and are not available in all states.
3. Contact consent
By submitting your information and consenting, you agree we may contact you by phone, automated technology, prerecorded/artificial voice, SMS, and email about life insurance, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out anytime (reply STOP to texts; unsubscribe in emails).
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and use the Site lawfully. You may not misuse the Site or submit false or another person's information without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by or licensed to LaMunyon, LLC and protected by law. You may not copy or distribute Site content without our written permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (scheduling, carriers, analytics). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No professional advice
Site information is for general education and is not legal, tax, or individualized financial advice. Indexed Universal Life and annuities involve costs, caps, and other features; cash-value growth is not guaranteed and is subject to policy charges. Consult a qualified professional and review any policy's terms before purchasing.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaMunyon, LLC and Michael LaMunyon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaMunyon, LLC and Michael LaMunyon from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes are effective when posted with the updated date above.
